I have a HTPro (URC9910) remote that I am using to emulate a Solidtek 571 keyboard. I have it set up almost perfectly except I can't figure out how to learn or program in the '+' key. It is not an available option in KM and RM. I tried learning the key directly from the keyboard, but I think the remote is trying to learn the shift key and then the = key.

Does anyone have any thoughts on how to either learn this key or add it as an option in RM, KM, or IR?

I was thinking if you could send the make signal for the shift key, and then the make signal for the + key, without sending any breaks, it might work, but I din't have any idea of how to do this.

Thanks a bunch!
