rHave been reading eading for a few weeks managed to make a cable, upload and download from the remote.Wonderful forums .I need codes for liteon dvd mod 5155.Searched for and wide with no luck

4. JP1 Remote model: RS 15-1994
5. JP1 user? yes
6. Still have original remote? yes
7. Checked the file section? yes
8. Checked Pronto file section (at R/C)? yes
9. Partially working setup code? no
10. Learning remote question?

Isn't your remote a learning remote? Also, there appear to be nine(9) upgrades for LiteOn DVDs (players and recorders) in the File Section - see if one of them provides at least some of the functions you're after and learn the rest. The 5005 looks promising. Several of the LiteOn up[grades seem to use NEC device 10, sub 247.
