I started making a JP1 interface cable and in the middle of the process I discovered that my remotes are JP1.2 so I am giving away the cable I started to build.
It consists of the 6 pin header block, which I made by cutting off a piece of a 40 pin IDE cable, that is epoxy glued to the ribbon cable and ~17" of cable. I was quite impressed by the result of my efforts and I can confidently say that it looks like a professional job.
