Does Remote Master program read pre-formatted .TXT files and will automatically load them?
YES - IF they are Keymap-Master device upgrade files. RM cannot read an IR *.txt REMOTE image.
In RM, in the "File" drop-down menu, when you click "Open" you get a dialogue box that allows you to select whether you want to open a KM (*.txt) or RM (*.rmdu) file.

Is there a utility that will generates .WAV files from upgrade files that are being saved by Remote Master that I could play though soundblaster to upload it to RS 2133?
Yes and No. Not of a RM upgrade directly. But you can never upload a RM device upgrade directly into your remote.
You must always add it to an IR EEPROM image. Once your IR upgrade file is complete and saved, there is a utility called IRtoWAV
on THIS PAGE that you can use to generate the *.wav file required for those modem-equipped JP1 remotes. More on this is discussed in the readme with the program.

Is it possible to reset the RS 2133 to factory defaults and try again if the code is screwed up or currupted after uploading and upload factory defaults and other data to restore the remote to working order?
Again, YES. Presuming you have NO upgrades currently loaded, or don't care if you lose anything programmed/uploaded, then there is a
manufacturer's reset.
