Probably because you didn't read the sticky announcement thread labelled "PLEASE READ FIRST", which means you didn't use the mandatory template.

We're not trying to be difficult here, the template was developed as a result of all the usual questions we need to ask to get the full picture of what you need. So, rather than play the same game of 20 questions with each newbie that's looking for a code, we developed the template which gives us allt he info we need to start helping you.

If you don't use the template, one of us will instantly lock your thread, preventing any further response, so you will need to re-post.
