USB interface check reports "SDA low" message
I just received a USB interface cable and cannot make it work. Two different computers, same problem.
I searched all the postings and have tried w/o batteries, with a battery reversed, plug the connector both ways.
No matter what it just doesn't like it. I bought the USB so I could use it on my laptop, alas......

Both. Same results. Windows on laptop as well as desktop. Both using XP.Mark Pierson wrote:Are you trying this on Windows or Mac?.
Yes. Is there something specific to look for in the setup.Mark Pierson wrote:Are your USB ports enabled and properly configured on the PC/laptop?.
Delcom driver in both cases.Mark Pierson wrote:Do you have the correct driver installed?.

Yes
Tried that already. I can't help but think there is something missing unless the cable is bad.Mark Pierson wrote:Is Auto Check enabled on the Interface menu? If so, try unchecking it.

I'm not ignoring you, it's just that I've never used a USB cable so I am not qualified to help in any way. I suspect that the majority of people here are using the Simple interface also, which is why the pool of people that can help you is extremely limited.e34m5 wrote:Wow....no help whatsoever....hmm.

Have you asked the vendor if they have any suggestions? I know that Tom (from Filebug) has tried helping people with USB issues before.
