It may be of use to somebody but I have found if you take the sky upgrade (0847) and edit the fixed data for the device and paste
20 00 B8 F8 1E 81 EC 00 00 01 02 03 04 05 06 07
08 09 20 21 0C 5C CC 58 59 5A 5B 83 6D 6E 6F 70
instead of the data there the device will now opperate sky+ (1175)
