RemoteMaster v1.08 now available!

I've built and released RemoteMaster v1.08

Changes for v1.08

• Renamed "Panasonic Combo2" protocol to "Panasonic Combo" protocol
• Import KM upgrade: Make sure user is informed of function assignments that aren't correctly imported
• More work for ManualSettings, still not ready.
