New 15-2116 RDF & feature
Thanks to edmund over at RC, he discovered that you can learn in "MY SYSTEM" mode using the 15-2116 (and 15-2117). I tried this and verified it, then when I downloaded the memory the learned signals showed up as being in the db-08 device, so I edited the RDF and changed db-08 to read MYSYS.

The important thing to keep in mind is that MYSYS is not a full device like P&P on the 1994. You can only use it for learning.
Since MYSYS uses device number 8 and Keymoves only use 3 bits to store the device (i.e. 0-7) they are bound to, you can't assign Keymoves to it, only learned keys.
Actually, IR will allow you to assign a Keymove, but when you reload it in IR or try to use it, you will realize that first bit is lost and the remote treats it as a Keymove on device 0.
