RS 15-2103 will not learn on the power key

Hi, my RS 15-2103 does not have the code for a cyberhome dvd player, so i programmed all of the keys except for the power key. For some reason it will not let me prgram the power key. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Also, is there a maximum amount of key that can be programmed?

You can't learn to the power key on the 2103,and it only has enough memory for about 13 learned commands for the whole remote. A terrible remote, or though almost all RS UEI remotes don't allow you to teach or assign a advanced code to the power key.

If I add the JP1 connector to my 15-2103, will I then be able to program the POWER button?
