Sony SAT-W60 EFC's

Hi all,

I have been trying to get a list of EFC's for the Sony SAT-W60 Ultimate TV receiver. I am still missing a few and need some help. Here is what I have so far:

If anyone has any more EFC's or has corrections would you please post it here? I am especially wanting STOP.

Where did you get that list from?

I think the best source is
http://www.hifi-remote.com/sony/Sony_sat.htm
That source lists OBC codes, not EFC codes. Note the OBC for stop is 24, which translates to EFC 210.

I got that list from the device upgrade in the files section which I am pasting here:

I am trying to go through that site and figure out the OBC to EFC conversion to make my own upgrade file.

It's much friendlier to post a URL for that sort of file rather than post the contents.

Aren't you using KM?

Open up your upgrade in KM. Switch to the Functions tab. Use the "Swap EFC/OBC" button in cell A1 to control whether KM allows you to type EFCs in column B and see OBCs in colum D or type OBCs in column B and see EFCs in column D.

I gotta start poking around before I post here.... I just noticed that in KM and came back here to edit my post but you beat me to it.

I will test this out and if everything works I will post an updated file to the JP1 list. Thanks for all your help.

I have created an upgrade file for this receiver using the information from the Sony Codes page. The upgrade files includes all known EFC's fo customization. I posted the file to the JP1 list and it can be accessed here:
