Did not receive responce (ackknowledgement) from the remote after sending data. (ErrNo=5, Param=1845)
I tried reprogramming the remote for my other Replay 5040 when I realized I forgot 2 of the buttons. Thats when the errors started popping up.
I've replaced the batteries, done a hard reset (Set + 9-8-1), clean upper memory, purge memory. Nothing seems to be working.
After I do the reset, I download from the remote and the same programming is still in there.
Anyone know whats going on with the remote???

You're symptoms lead me to believe you haven't really done a hard reset. Can you confirm that you did this...
1) Hold SET down, wait for 2 flashes
2) Type 981, get 4 flashes.
Taken literaly, SET + 981 would mearly send advanced code "981"

OK, so what's the problem then? What did you do next?Indy1979 wrote:Thats what I got. Hold down set, got 2 flashes. Type in 981 and got 4 flashes. After that was done, IR would download the remote and it was like it was when I first bought it.

If you're doing the upload with the batteries in the remote, try it again with them out. Or, if you had the batteries out, try it again with them in.
