Can RMIR add Tone Controls to a URC 3680?

Can RMIR add Tone Controls to a URC 3680?

I have an Insignia NS-STR514 stereo receiver and I'd love to be able to control bass and treble without using the remote for that particular device.

Also, would it be possible to set up input controls for my receiver on my URC-3680?

We don't have an upgrade for that particular receiver, but the URC-3680 is a learning remote, so you could capture the signals and create an upgrade for it.
