30643064 Hot URC6022X

If you have a new remote that isn't recognized by RMIR, post the details here so we can help create a new RDF for it. Or, if there is an issue with an existing RDF or map, this is the place.

Post by yarco »

Hello
I am new in here
I built successfully the interface for JP1.3 remote
When I connected it to the remote I got signature -30643064
Could you help me guys to build an RDF file for this remote
I downloaded the Eprom content (this remote is very similar to URC6022)

Until an expert gets a chance to look at the remote, you could always try to use the RDF for the 6022 if you think these are close. Make a copy and change the name to match the signature in the remote you are trying to use.

Can't hurt since you already have the "virgin" IR file. If the remote goes nuts, you can always just reload the virgin file from your backup and you'll be good as new.

But still I need to configure the upgrade address so I will need an expert help
Also with all the experiments, the remotes stop responding(no led)

Better late than never, I have updated the RDF for this remote:

It appears to have 2 upgrade sections, which I don't know how to handle, so I've just programmed the first.
