I don't care whether you offer the four Rob requested or just the two (Rob's 2 and 4) that I requested. But two comments on what you call them:
1) Call it "Upgrades" not "Upgrade" so the user will understand the only upgrade choice is all installed upgrades, not one upgrade.
2) I'd prefer to be more specific than "General". I suggest "Settings, KeyMoves and Macros". Technically that isn't exactly right, since it also includes strange things like the FavList. But it's roughly correct and more informative than "general" and if we someday decide to offer "KeyMoves and Macros" as an option seperate from "settings" we won't have any transitional confusion.
It is not practical for a WAV file to replace part of "KeyMoves and Macros" nor part of "Upgrades" nor part of "Learned signals" and it seems pretty stupid to replace part of "Settings". But (AFTER some improvements in IRToWav) we MIGHT want to go to the extreme of individual independent check boxes for the 4 areas (15 possible combinations). I do not want that now.

What would it take to re-write IRtoWAV in a language (like a DLL, etc) that could be incorporated into the IR.exe executable? In other words, have it set up in such a way that the user doesn't have to install Java on their local machine.
