|

I would like to use one of my IR(with JP1) Learning remotes to control a ACORN model 130 T700 Chair Lift for UP/DN control.
The JP1 remote is a URC-9910B01. It could learn the IR data
but it would transmit just a burst of data and I need it to
be continuous.
The other remote (HOME THEATER MASTER SL-9000),(non JP1) also could learn
the commands and it works with the chair but the range is limited
and won't reach the chair more than 12-15 feet.
The stock ACORN remote has 4 LEDs with very good range.
The goal is to find the cheapest IR remote that can either Learn from
the stock remote and have good range or try JP1 on the URC-9910B01.
I would need to getup to speed on how to use JP1 its been many years and I don't have my interface cable anymore.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. thanks, |

If you get a cable, you can learn all the commands with your learning remote then read & upload the image here.
Someone may be able to help you. |

Yes, without a JP1 cable, we're unable to help you, as this is the JP1 group, but if you do get connected again, please post back and we will absolutely help you. If you learned signals work, but do not repeat, we can fix that. The one thing we can't fix is the power of the remote. If the OEM remote has 4 IR-LED blasters, it's hard for a remote with only 1 to compete. _________________ Rob
