W Box Tv code 14686?

I'm trying to help someone at Roku Community:

The only remote I have found with tv brand called "W Box tv" is in the Insignia RMT-415, which is code 14686. Are there any other codes that match code 14686? Or any upgrades for this brand?

My Insignia RMT-415 does not appear to have code 14686
Manually entering it on the remote fails, no 2 blinks
Using RMIR and entering 4686 returns red setup code invalid
I tried all device types and all are invalid
I was hoping to find what protocol it uses but no such luck
My luck just changed i found this website

and the URC3660 has code 4686 and its protocol is
NEC1 Dev 64 Subdevice 64

I dug out my 415 remote and right it doesn't take it. But my urc-7880 ofa does take code 4686.
