If you have a new remote that isn't recognized by RMIR, post the details here so we can help create a new RDF for it. Or, if there is an issue with an existing RDF or map, this is the place.

So, you are confirming that if you load an upgrade with the 3rd byte set, the number keys don't work?

correct with ZeroDigitMapByte=Y removed from RDF and remove function from a digit that digit then sent a different code in the case of a vizio tv it then sent the dash code and on Samsung it did nothing.
Adding back ZeroDigitMapByte=Y i had to delete my upgrade and then re-install it to work correctly

The remote does use the number table for built-in setups, but for some reason it does not do so for upgrades. So strictly speaking, the [DigitMaps] section of the RDF could be omitted, but it needs to be there in order to test that upgrades that use it do not work  .
