Upload verify failed
My Xsight Touch was working fine until today I tried to add a new macro. The Upload failed message and some of my favorites changed to a different channel. Most of the icons, that before were ok, now are gibberish.
I tried restarting the pc and the remote, without luck. RM is 2.09 build 8.
Thanks.

Re: Upload verify failed
While I doubt that this is a contributing factor, your version of RM is quite out of date, we're already up to 2.14 build 11.fredo55 wrote:RM is 2.09 build 8.

Please don't go back to assuming that seniority in the forum means that the user knows all the rules, nor that at 87 years of age I should know them. In none of my posts I come across uploads.
I apologize again for the inconvenience caused. My visit to this forum was pleasant and useful for me, until now.

I was not intending to be rude, but if I unintentionally offended you, please put it down to me being too abrupt in my old age. I am 81, so we are a pair of octogenarians and I hope we can excuse any foibles in the other due to age. I am happy to help you but I do need you to do as I asked and post your .rmir file in the Diagnosis Area.

@fredo55, please follow the link below:
http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... &cat_id=35
When you get there, look for a button called Upload, or just use the link below:
http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... &cat_id=35
Then upload a copy of your RMIR file. When you are done, please click on the following link:
http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload.php
Then look for the Diagnosis Area (it should be the third one down), and then look over to the right and you should see a link to the file that you just uploaded, please copy/paste that link here so we know where your file is.
