This seems to have done the trick. Sorry for the delays. Do you know the web page off hand with remote instructions such as getting global volume and things like that? The 9 9 3 for global volume works for this remote but now i want to see if i can get my discrete tv inputs to work no matter what input im in.

Are you talking about our Wiki page (link at the top of the page)?

So, I think you're saying this:
Menu=$24,
Options=$37

So I have updated the RDF accordingly, thanks for all your work on this Jack.

Im opening an old thread again here. Im assigning hisense discretes to the a, b, c, d buttons and they dont seem to respond under any device mode. I could be forgetting something.

I couldnt have finished working on this project. Something must have came up. The volume buttons are indeed backwards. Im noticing some phantom buttons. They must be for a, b, c and d. I will test them later on and report back

So i tried all of the phantoms and none seem to correspond with the colored buttons (a, b, c, d). When i factory reset the remote with 9-8-1 the colored buttons respond to presses but when i program them they become unresponsive.

Hey Jack, this thread is old enough that I'd have to completely re-dig into what we did before in order to determine what still needs to be done, so I don't have any quick answers here. Plus it's Christmas, so I don't really feel like working that hard just yet. Very Happy

Sounds good bud. Drop me a line if you ever feel like tackling it. Enjoy your holidays.
