Anyone know of a virtual remote for Slingbox 500 that will work with Comcast XG1v4-A new cable box?
Model number AX014ANM

My mom got this new cable box and I have my slingbox hooked up to it.
I can still view the HDMI feed, but can't control the new box.
Tried all the reprogrammed Comcast boxes and can't find a bin file on this site yet that works either.

You must be doing something wrong as all the Comcast boxes use the same protocol. Are you using the correct installation procedure ? Follow my guide at http://www.rmrsoft.com/how_to_install_a_custom_remote_onto_the_slingbox.html

I can successfully upload a custom remote, and also selecting a preinstalled Comcast X1 remote which should be right, but nothing will give me control.
And to clarify I'm trying to control it through both the iOS app and Slingplayer for Web on a PC.
I'm 100 miles away from the box. I had channel and guide control on the previous Comcast box, but it got upgraded this past June and now I have no control.
Signal path is HDMI out of the cable box to HDMI Splitter that goes to the Slingbox and to the TV.

Didn't think of it until now. The IR Blaster probably got disconnected from the Slingbox.
That would definitely cause some remote control issues.
