I have discovered an executor that is a new version of the $0184 RC 5/6 Combo exec, called $024C.

I have created the following protocols.ini entry for it here:

[RC5/6 combo2]
PID=02 4C
FixedData=95 30
DefaultCmd=00 00
CmdParms=Type:RC5|RC6=1,5 Dev:7,5 OBC:7,6 Dev:7,6 OBC:8
CmdTranslator=Translator(0,1,0) \
Translator(1,5,3,comp) \
Translator(1,1,2,5) \
Translator(2,6,8,comp) \
Translator(2,1,1,6) \
Translator(3,7,1) \
Translator(4,8,8)
Notes=Combines all RC6 device codes with all RC5 device codes. \n\n\
Some codelists for RC5 use the Philips notation. "System" = "Device"; "Command" = "OBC"
Code.S3C80=47 93 22 8B 16 88 81 10 08 08 01 BC 01 A8 01 BC 01 A8 AB CC 05 35 01 A8 04 00 06 08 05 37 0F 0D 76 00 01 6B 05 B6 C0 20 09 05 8D 01 49 56 05 7F E6 28 8E E6 29 05 B0 2A B0 C7 2C 14 C6 C0 FF 86 4C 0A E3 50 D7 25 2E 4A F9 E4 05 0B E4 06 0C 68 0B F6 FF 70 E4 07 05 E4 08 06 68 0C F6 FF 70 76 00 01 6B 03 B6 04 F0 E6 10 02 E6 11 04 8D 01 49 2C 08 CF 10 08 10 07 DF 10 08 10 07 90 C6 FB 03 B6 08 03 2A ED AF 00 DE 00 00 00 00 00 CC A3 91
Code.MAXQ610=35 6F 22 A0 00 04 20 00 20 00 00 00 20 00 20 00 00 00 6D 0C 60 00 20 00 10 00 00 00 00 00 10 00 00 00 00 00 D5 0B 02 21 80 06 0C 00 00 00 42 20 42 10 02 72 53 86 00 00 00 00 41 F0 10 16 D2 D2 7F 52 30 42 0E 50 D4 D2 D5 50 D6 D3 D7 42 50 06 70 31 74 75 76 77

and have added to a copy of the file here:
http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload.php?action=file&file_id=25761

I modeled that entry quite closely on the existing $0184 entry, but I would like to improve it if possible, I just don't know how. Rather than having separate RC5 and RC6 dev and OBC columns, I'd like to just have generic dev and OBC columns and then have the interpretation be dependent on which protocol is selected in the drop down. Is that possible?

In other words, something like this:

If RC5 selected, use:
CmdTranslator=Translator(0,1,0) \
Translator(1,5,3,comp) \
Translator(1,1,2,5) \
Translator(2,6,8,comp) \
Translator(2,1,1,6) \

and if RC6 selected, use:
CmdTranslator=Translator(0,1,0) \
Translator(1,7,1) \
Translator(2,8,8)

That would require a custom translator to be written, and I doubt that it is worth the effort that would take.
