I've built and released RemoteMaster v0.98

Changes for v0.98
- Fix Bug [ 940251 ] Incorrect output for KM input file, related to importing an upgrade that uses the RC-5 protocol.
- Fix bug in converting hex to efc, as reported by AndrewZ
