looking for ir code for faintv Taiwan iptv box

I bought an iptv stb called faintv.
The model is fain tv 100.
The remote is a bluetooth remote.
I just wonder if it could have ir receiver like most other android box.

How can I find out if it has and how do I find ir codes it will understand? Do I have to contact the maker?

First, just look for an IR window. Failing that, get a really bright flashlight and see if any of the plastic case itself is translucent at all. If so, you should be able to see through the case and find the IR eye. Failing that, crack it open and look for an eye along the front near the edge. Failing that, it's not IR capable.

For codes, you'll have to try and contact the manufacturer. My searches of the Harmony and Global Cache databases came up empty.

I called support at fatv tv and they told me that the original remote has two modes, bluetooth and ir modes.

One can enter ir mode by keeping stb powered off, and then installing battery to the remote.
