Need codes for Channel Master programmable rotator remote

I need the codes for a 9521a Channel Master programmable rotator controller with infra-red remote control. I checked the yahoo files and did not find anything.

Check the Yahoo files again under misc I just added a file that worked for me with URC-6131 and URC-8810w. I'll also try to link it here, but I have never done it before and I'm not sure I'll do it correctly.
