Kaon uses 4 different codesets:

1) NEC1 72.36

4) MCE 39.86

Our Slingbox expert, Alan, created all of those bin files and he includes a list of questions that he'd like answered if the result is that the file didn't work.

So, if you try all 4 files and none of them worked, please answer the included questions.

That is the one that should work, although it doesn't have all the buttons. Let me know if that is OK and I will produce a proper one for you. (Almost 50% of users don't bother to reply when I spend time trying to help them so I won't do anything until I know you are serious and have read the README file)
