Hi

Can anyone help me to get remote configuration for new NOS UMA portugal remote & old remote for slingbox remote

new remote looks like this

Can you clarify what you want ? If you have a fully functional Slingbox remote that just uses the wrong image then the answer is no. But if you having problems with functionality then maybe we can help.

when i used below mentioned file. some of the keys are working.
Other nos/zon remote bin file which is working for sling remote

OK, forget what they look like, that is irrelevant.

I now need EXACT details of which buttons work, which buttons don't work and what functions are missing.

And can you give me the manufacturer and model number of the new box.

I have created a combo file which includes all of the buttons that I found in the various upgrade files that use RC-5, device 21.

Take a look at this file using RM and notice the functions that have several options, where I'm guessing that your device uses one of the alternative functions.

I can't do that, because you need to control which button the various functions go to, and test if they're doing the right function, and re-name them if they do the wrong thing.

The RMDU file that I created is set up for a Slingbox, so all you need to do is open it using RM and export the binary file.

Following keys are not working in the existing bin files, can you please enhance following file.

Sling box remote key -- Functionality needed -- hexa
Guide key -- Search key -- 0x1ef04 or 31
Custom key -- Radio key -- 0x1ef06 or 1A
Custom key -- Skip key -- 0x1ef0c or 32

For new Custom key map -- Search key
For new Custom key map -- Radio key
For new Custom key map -- Skip key

FYI
currently when i press 'red' key in remote, keycode received by box is 403 and it works as intended

Search key --649
Radio key --663
Skip key -- 643

OK, let's start doing this properly. I have now created a 'proper' file for the Arris ZD4500 and uploaded it at http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... e_id=14483

The Skip buttons have been added and also Search & TV Radio as Custom 12 and Custom 13. Can you confirm which functions Custom 10 & Custom 11 relate to ?

Hi alan,

both bin file didnt work. i mean while installing binary file in slingbox by selecting custom with "V2010" .. remote test didnt work.

after completing all the steps also it didnt work

old working file are C2010_PL.bin &C2010_RV.bin it was working

u have provided V2010_PL.bin &V2010_RV.bin files currently it is not working
