NEVO C2 LOCKED on Home screen?

Since EZ-RC has closed down, JP1 is your only option to get these remotes upgrades. We will (eventually) support all remotes formerly supported by EZ-RC, including the Moster Revolution 200.

NEVO C2 LOCKED on Home screen?

Post by jonwz »

Help! My newly ebay'd Nevo C2 has hit a hard lock on the home screen.

It still communicates via usb and can send and receive configurations.

Is there a way to force a full reset?

Thanks for any help!

Tried reloading many files. Was still locked.

But looks like I got lucky, I found a reference to holding power,1 and 3 down while inserting the batteries. That has brought it back to life!

Phew, well, in the meantime, I took a look at the user manual and found this:

Reset
The reset screen will delete all learned functions and labels.
Devices, Activities and Favorites you have added will remain in the remote menu.
  1. Select "RESET" from the Settings menu. The remote will display the Reset Screen.
  2. Click "RESET". All Learning and Labels will be deleted, and the screen will return to the Settings Screen.
