Samsung DSB-H500N / Korean DIGITAL HD SET TOP BOX

Hi!
I have Samsung DSB-H500N; it's Korean HD SET TOP BOX SAT receiver and I would like to use it as Free-to-air, but unfortunately the channel search only works in Korean SkyLife on Koreasat 6 at 116.0°E

I'm looking some possibility to get some code or Image for it, please help to find anything for this receiver, maybe exist some similar code or image for it?, which is different to original firmware?

I checked on the Logitech Harmony database and it did have codes for this box, but only a limited set, there were no Play/Pause/Stop.. controls and no colour buttons.

Give it a try, and if the power/numbers/arrows/ch+/- work then we can try and find the others.

I read the instructions carefully, but did not understand how to load the bin file into receiver and how all must be connected:?

I really wonder how to connect the receiver to the computer via HDMI, FTP or what

I always connect with other SAT-Receivers as Dreambox or AzboxHD etc, via FTP-program, but here I really come to a standstill

OK, that confuses me. You do realise you have posted in the Slingbox forum do you ? Your questions appear unrelated to the Slingbox.

Sorry m8, no I do not have any Slingbox , probably I made a mistake. Simply I saw that by the Slingbox topic have been made another files for Samsung DSB-H670N , so I thought that I would ask there, sorry that's my fault!

OK, Although I wonder why you are even in the JP1 forum. This has nothing to do with that either. You should be posting in a Samsung forum.
