Transfering from IRScope to RemoteMaster

Post by kamhoe »

Finally I was able to learn all 26 signals from my remote control to IRScope.

As I read through the "How to Create Custom Remote Controls and use them on your Slingbox", the only value that I need is the OBC and I just need to enter them manually and press <Enter>, the other 2 values will be generated automatically, right?

Thanks.

Help! My custom BIN doesn't work!

Post by kamhoe »

I've entered all the OBC value into the RM and uploaded the exported BIN file into the slingbox.

When I tested it but it doesn't do anything. Are there any mistake that I did to my work?

I really appreciate if someone here can give me a help. Please refer to the URL for the images, rmdu and bin files.

Thank you.

Enter 64 in the Device field and 255 in the Sub Device field. Right now you have actually (and incorrectly) specified Device 255, Sub Device 0.

On the first page of the rdmu, you didn't plug in the device, subdevice (64.255) correctly.

device 64
subdevice 255
