remote on i-phone

Hello
I have a concern with my i-phone since a little while.
when using the virtual keyboard (clavier in french) whatever the channel i dial i get "0"(all the programmes):.....so i get the channel i need after 2 other dialings.
How can i do to have directly the channel i wish as it works on my i-pad,and my computer?

This is not really the right place for this question as it has absolutely nothing to do with JP1 remotes. I suggest you ask it on the proper Slingbox forum (https://community.sling.com/content). (I could answer here, but I have lots of questions first so will discuss it over there.
