Searching remote for Denver DVBC-123CI

Post by JoeCool »

Hi

I have a Denver DVBC-123CI cable tv box and Slingbox PRO-HD.

I am searching for a remote file for this.

Slingbox support already tried DCB-108HD, DMB-113CI and DVBT-12.

I don't need all functions, but at least on/off, channel up/down, volume up/down, and possibly also numeric pad.

Thank you

Unfortunately it Does not work with that one. Apparently the 122 shares remote with the 108 and 109 model, but the 123 is different....

Can't help then. Although you don't appear to have read the instructions so it might be something to do with that :D

I have read a lot of stuff about this issue, but admit to be new to this. Which instruction are you referring to?

The ones I asked you to follow in the Readme file I included in the ZIP file.

And they include the line: "... If you have any problems installing these files please do NOT just report back it ‘doesn’t work’, that is totally useless for someone trying to understand what is going on. So please report all of the following:...."

And you used those exact words :D

3. Yes
4. N/A
5. No buttons work
6. Yes. (BTW Iphone 5 camera can not detect the flashes)
7. Yes, put all 4 sensors in front on 4 different places/angles
8. It is working
9. Yes, can't change
10. N/A

Hope thats better :-)

Very comprehensive :D Unfortunately it just confirms your original diagnosis. Not sure I can do anything unless the 123 gets uploaded to the Logitech Harmony database that I use.

Ok, thanks for checking. I believe the box is rather new, which could be the reason it's not available yet? So probably just a matter of having some patience then...
