Now revised, with full sized screenshot of the first entries in the database entries, which went in after all.

Substantial additions from mdavelj are the next to do...

The additions have been made to Wki JP1 Remote Chart, doubling its size.

Suggestions for further additions would be welcome.

tranx and mdavej,
I've replaced the spreadsheet with a zip file containing V26 and a possible v27. In V27, I've removed some older remotes (mostly Atlases) which I believe are no longer obtainable, re-ordered e.g Comcast and Atlas remotes to be adjacent (since the S3F80 and MAXQ versions are nearly identical in external appearance) and corrected a number of errors (at least I think they were errors).

I also removed the JP1.3/1.4/2 designations in favor of describing the actual connector. IMO whether a remote is a JP1.3 or JP1.4 isn't consequential, but a clear description of how to interface to the remote is.

Please take a look and vote yea/nay to any of the changes. If any of the changes survive, then we can add it to the Wiki.

3FG, thanks that sounds very helpful - in the end it was mdavej who worked out how properly to use and convert .xls for the wiki, and who published the last revisions.

For what it's worth I would be interested to take a look, but just found Rev26 (23.10.2014) on its own in the 3.11.2014 zip file, so would you try that again?

3FG,

I like the idea too. But, I'm only seeing the old version in the zip as well.

Whoops! Somehow I missed these two replies. Please try the download again-- I think it should now have both versions.

Sorry.

I made some mistakes in version B. Version C is now uploaded, with changes to lines 16 and 18-- Atlas 1056B03 (number of devices, processor, and signature) and Comcast 1067BX3 (number of devices).

I saw that URC-6440 R02 signature 261202 has arrived, which can use the 6440 Extender http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/viewt ... 2&start=75
3FG wrote:Your URC6440 was loaded with a newer version of firmware, which we'll call R02.
Add this trial RDF file to your RDF folder if you want to use RMIR with an unextended settings.bin file.
Could 6440-R02 be added, Extender ticked, OARUSB04 and Int-422 be ticked for Extender, and details be added for Inteset 422-1, and 422-2 (extenders in alpha)?
422-1 and 422-2 both have signature 32653265
