Panasonic TV codes haven't changed in many years, so any recent upgrade should work. Try one first and post back if any commands are missing.

Thank you very much. I tried this and it appears to do all I need from the TV side (Power, Vol+, Vol-, Input)

Now, just to get VPT working with this remote which seems to do it differently that the other remotes with the extender1 changes.
