Found the PL bin for the iptv stb ZTE ZXV10 B700
http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload.php?action=file&file_id=10429
Vulkano Flow uses Gondar therefore the this bin can't be used with it.
Is there a way to convert PL to Gondar?
Your help is very appreciated.
Thanks
Mike

I had to do some research in order to know how to answer this.

First, I found the following page that tells us what a Vulkano is:
http://www.gizmolovers.com/2011/10/10/a-look-at-the-vulkano-lava-the-slingboxs-erstwhile-competitor/

Then I found the following thread in a Vulkano forum that tells us that an RDF exists for the Vulkano:
http://vulkanocommunity.com/forum/remote-control-discussions/will-jp1-bin-work-with-vulkano-flowlava/

This lead me to search the JP1 file section for the RDF, which I found here:
http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload.php?action=file&file_id=8985

I downloaded the file that you linked to but unfortunately the zip file doesn't include an RMDU file
http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload.php?action=file&file_id=10429

But I found the RMDU file here:
http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload.php?action=file&file_id=10438

So, I opened that RMDU file using RM and changed the selected remote from the Slingbox to the Vulkano. I then assigned as many buttons as I could and created the following BIN file:
http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload.php?action=file&file_id=11112

Rob,
Thanks so much for your help. Just downloaded the BIN you created. The tech gonna stop by next few days to install the IPTV stb. Will test the BIN with my Vulkano Flow and let you know how it's going.
Once again, thanks so much for your help.
Michael

Rob,
Vulkano allows users to make a learn bin (the unit can learn the remote command)
Kind of neat. I have a learn bin for my iptv stb ZTE ZXV10 B700
If anyone needs it for Vulkano Flow/Lava, feel free to contact me

Rob,
I upload the lrn bin (learn bin) for Vulkano here:
http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload.php?action=file&file_id=11127
I also posted another thread on Vulkano forum
http://vulkanocommunity.com/forum/remote-control-discussions/my-learned-bin-for-iptv-stb-model-zte-zxv10-b700%E2%80%8F-for-flowlava/#p10966

This learn bin works great with the Vulkano Flow/Lava/Blast (Gondar)
REally hope that you guys can benefit from this bin, make it useful for JP1 user.
Thanks,
Michael

Here is the Gondar LRN file format.
Offset 69h is the button keycode list.
Difference between each chunk is 7Ch/124d which is at offset 66h.
Chunk format is <keycode> <Length of Chunk> <2-byte offset?> <keycode> <Length of Learn Payload>
Take <Length of Learn Payload> and rest of <Length of Learn Payload> bytes and add 01 20 at the front and paste into IR Learned Data section to see the learned code analysis. Some of the chunks have extraneous bytes.
Code:

First 4 keycodes:
0169: 01 33 00 00 01 30 00 D6 06 01 26 BC D6 01 26 40
      62 11 C3 08 6A 11 C3 04 01 01 26 03 36 01 26 01

Well its no wonder this Nokia32 upgrade didn't work for a box that was expecting a Nec1 0 upgrade.

Not before you asked. I just added a KM file, but have noted that both Noirfire, and Eferez posted upgrades for this ZTE file that use the Nokia32. It does appear that there might be a V3 behind the 700 number though.

Edit regarding to the sensitivity of the command. It seems Vulkano software is buggy. AT first, I did not select any remote bin available in Vulkano player, I skipped this step and went straight to load the lrn bin. Looks like Vulkano does not like this, causing to send 3 command in a row.
By luck, I just tried to load whatever built-in bin, then change it to load the lrn one.
It now works fine, sending just 1 command at a time.
ONce again, thanks so much for those replying trying to help me Smile
I am now back in business.

I don't know if it will help as I can't see from the thread what IR Protocol you used. But in the File Section under Slingbox Work Files there is a group of new entries for PROTOCOLS.INI that have the repeat rate set to zero. If your IR protocol matches any of these you could try that.
