In the Chicago area, Menards (the hardware store) has the RCRP05BR on sale for $8.99. Even the normal price is a cheap $10.04. They have stores all over the upper midwest.

I did see it at $8.99 on Amazon, but this is nice if you have a store nearby. I think it sells for $15 or so at WalMart.

If you've never been to a Menards, they are a bit odd in a few areas. Many even have a small food selection. The prices can be much cheaper than even discount stores.
