We need to find out which bits of 613 have to be set to zero. Maybe some of the bits of byte 613 control some other function.

Please try with bit 613 set to 01, 02, 04, 08, 10, 20, 40, and 80. Probably only 1 of the bits needs to be set to zero to get the light to work.

And, what does the remote do when 613 is set to each of the above values?

Test repeated three times.
Byte 613 set to 01, 02, 04, 08, 10, 20, 40, 80
With any of these values NOT works ligth off automatically.
Actually, with 613 set to 00 works fine, the only snag is the OFF button.
