Hi Vicky,

Thanks holiday was great! Good to get away from the non stop rain we're experiencing this summer.

The good news is that the file you've updated for the Skyperfect remote works, we've got the remote up and running now. :D

Thanks for all your help!

Cheers Phil

Hey Phil, would you be willing to test a new upgrade for this? This one uses the built-in Panasonic executor:

Hi Rob,

I'm not sure I'll find out. Unfortunately it’s a colleague in Asia who did it, and I'm not sure whether he still has the setup available. Never the less I have sent him an email and I should hear back in the next couple of days.

I'll get back to you.

Hi Rob,

He isn't able to test it until after the weekend so hopefully we should have an answer early next week.

Hi Guys,

Seem to be a problem with this remote reported by the customer the Issue is; When press arrow keys (Up,Down,Left,Right), it moves 2 times to every one key press.

All of the rest of the keys are working correctly the problem only exist on those 4 keys. Any ideas on how we might be able to fix this issue?

Thanks

Phil

This is a standard problem that lots of users get. Rob has kindly provided me with quite a few new entries to PROTOCOL.INI where the repeat value is set to zero. See http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... e_id=11416

If the one you need is not there I am sure he can tweak it.

Hi Alan,

Thanks but unfortunatly I don't think Protocol I need isn't included in that file, as a new one was made for this remote.

Rob any chance you can take a look at this when you have a chance please?
