975 Learning code won't work

Hi, I have a OneForAll URC-3940 remote and it will not learn any button from he other remote. When i do type in the 975 code it will flash twice, it's when I press any button to learn from it will not flash rapidly.

Any ideas?

Also, I have a Mobile Action USB Infrared device (MA-620) which can see the signal coming from any remote, sadly no program I know of can see the USB device. In the device manager it displays it only a a Infrared Device.

Can this be of any use?

According to the MANUAL, that model isn't capable of learning.
