JP1 Remotes

Yep, put in new batteries and nothing. I did learn some keys before using the JP1, but now all I get is zip. I guess I'll go down to my local Radio Shack dealer and swap it out. I hope it was just a defective unit.

I did the mfg reset and everything works fine except I still cannot ir learn from any remote. I just get an error message. I think the remote is history unless someone else has an idea?

No extender - 'did a full reset and still cannot learn a single key from any other remote? I think it must to be defective. I just want to make sure it wasn't the JP1 that blew it up. I don't want to have to return another blown remote.

I built the simple jp1 interface rev 5 and it works fine with my rs 15-2116 remote. For some reason the remote will not ir learn anymore? I've tried everything.
