I now have both a 6131 and an 8910 learning remote. I want to use the 6131 with the receiver. The receiver is a Panasonic SA-XR 55. It was not listed in the upgrade files. The default 1518 programs the mode changes (tuner, cd, dvd-r, etc) into the number pad, but skips the main DVD. I wanted to add ...

How do I add a couple of OBC Codes to an official code?
I have a Panasonic SA-XR55 receiver, which works pretty well with official code 1518. However, there are a couple of commands missing that I would like to add. I just got a learning remote, and know the OBC codes for the missing commands. Is there some way to use the basic settings for official ...

Rob: You really should post this somewhere for others to use, as I can tell you spent a lot of time putting this together and it is valuable for those of us who are figuring this out for the first time. Unfortunately, I started playing with it before I saw your post, and managed to figure out the ...

Ok, Robman, I'll try to figure it out. I know this stuff is easy for those of you who are experts, but it's fairly confusing for someone new like me. I understand the concept, but I need to figure out where in the software I can assign obc numbers to keys. I'll try and report back on how I'm doing ...

Ok. It's fixed. Please try again. I put both the file name and the link down in the download section, and it's one or the other. My mistake. Thanks again for your help.

My remote has been modified and has the JP1 connectors, and I have a JP1 cable. The two download codes posted here for the Dlink DSM-320 do not work - although as I said I may have done something wrong. I'm not that familiar with JP1 programming, but I tried to follow the newbie instructions. It ...
