Actually, the OSD is always on. There is no power on/off function.
Also, I work with a company that makes Ir receivers. It will output

Well, half a days work revealed little.
It turns out that after mapping all the Neuros OSD hex codes through the RM
and into the proper Slingbox remote, that the Neuros does not use a power
button on their remote.
