I just tried to learn a key from my xbox remote and got this:

Seems like a different protocol???

Are you saying you can just go into remote master and arbitrarily change the device type (to match the intended device button), leaving all other things unchanged?

Hello all you helpful jp1 people.

VPT doesn't work for only two devices, CD and VCR. It is weird because it works for DVD (which is assigned to the same device code)

I believe the keyboard shortcut for this button is Window-Alt-Enter...

According to your other post you have a 15-2104, which is a learning remote, so why don't you learn the missing button and either read out the info or post the IR file for one of us to look at.
