I have created bin files for the Sony DST-SP5 receiver for SkyPerfecTV in Japan. The files provide the main remote functions with the buttons mapped for the default remote skin in SlingPlayer as follows:

Guide - SkyPerfecTV EPG
i - Current program information
PG up - Favorites
PG dn - Menu (Actual ...

I finally found a ccf file for a similar receiver and was able to make bin files for the SlingBox. I've made them available here:
