I took the dishpvr_921and6131.txt RM file and it worked with the Bell Expressvu 9200 PVR.

This was my first use of RM - so far I LIKE it better than KM.

I am using it on a Radio Shack 15-1994 6-in-1 remote so I had to select buttons to use for the following commands: FFW, Play, REW, Power, Skip ...

Ok - I had not seen the 'PVR' file section. I tried that Dish 501 RM file - and it does not work with my 9200.

I'd just like to check in case someone has a 9200 RM or KM file before I begin the 'learn remote' sequence.

Looking for a file for the Bell Expressvu 9200 (Dish 622)

Hi - I could not find a file on this site for the Bell Expressvu 9200 PVR. I saw mention that it might be the same device as the Dish 622. I could not see a file for Dish 622 either.

Would anyone know if a file exists for either of those devices?

Even if they have restricted macros to the MASTER POWER button for normal people, chances are good that JP1 users can program macros to most of the other buttons.

So, what is it that you are trying to do, are you just trying to get the keycodes for the last few buttons? Have you tried taking the ...

I have done macros on A B C (and any other key, including device keys)without difficulty on a 10251025 and 30003000

What key sequence did you use? On the MTS remote I only get the macro 'confirmation' double flash when I press the power button.

Once the rdf file is ready I will try building a ...

Maybe macros are limited to the POWER button, so try selecting that as your macro button.

Robman - You are correct. The instructions talk of one being able to program the "Master Power" button by performing the following sequence:

Press & hold SETUP until you get 2 device flashes
Enter: 995 ...

I have the remote manual & it describes learning using SETUP-975.

Macros - Maybe your memory is full. Try with a "cleared" remote. Setup 981, 2 flashes...
The power key has a "lock" associated with it. Programming it is "funny". Do you have the manual for the remote?

The memory was not full - but I will retry with the above 981 suggestion just in case.

I do ...

binky123 is setting up a rdf file for the MTS remote. I have managed to do 'keymoves' on most of the remote keys & sent binky123 the resultant codes - however I can't get keymove to work for the following keys:

The 'master power' button at top right
The counter-clockwise arrow button just to the ...

Atlas OCAP DVR/PVR

I hope so as I just got this remote from TWC and wanted to set it up like my 8811.

Still need to make the 1.x cable as I read my old cable is not compatible, boy I have been out of the loop for a while ...

Re: MTS Atlas Remote

Now - I'm not so sure. Any idea if JP1.3 programming one of these is possible?
JP1.3 is a new platform, but all the JP1 tools support it, so it's just a question of whether there's an RDF ready for the remote, so I would recommend that you get a JP1.x cable and give it a shot.

I now have a JP1.x ...

MTS Atlas Remote

MTS (Manitoba, Canada) is giving these remotes out to customers of its TV service in exchange for a previous less intelligent remote they supplied.

MTS provides cable like TV over phone lines here. A main control box is placed by one TV & up to three other TV's in the home can be fed by co-ax cable ...

MCE

Yes I did get the MCE working with the MCE file you had pointed me to. - Thanks for that.

I went into km and changed the MCE file from cable to audio then re-imported it into ir.

Volume punch through was still not working - so I put in the key moves for vol+ vol- and mute - and now it is working ...

I'm taking it you would not need the km files as they came right off this forum & were not modified.
