Please try RMIR v3.0.8 which is now in the RMIR Development Folder and report back. I believe this now fixes your remaining issues, but if it does not and you can describe what still does not work, I will try again.

The URC1240 uses an S3F80 processor. You speak of changing R28 back from C7 to CF, so presumably your edit changed it from CF to C7. R28 is PF0.
