Thanks guys, thes ein conjuction with the ones in HomeTheaterSpot had everything I needed (That I can tell at the moment)

Any one know how to insert a "WAIT" in a 1994 macro? Apparently it takes the TV upto about 4 seconds to "boot up" before it wioll accept a command, whereby rendering input ...

Does anyone know what the discrete input OBC are the mitsubishi 65313 - Im trying to find them but I keep coming up empty onthis forum and in the Mistubishi section of HomeThesterSpot.com

Still havent found them for the SA 4200HD STB either

What Im saying is that I must have not done something right - Half the buttons work, Half dont and I dont have access to it at the moment so I'll have get back to everyone

My initial attempt at getting the SA4200HD HiDef Cablebox entered into the 1994 has met with failure - something weird was going on, as I entered the OBC into KM, the corresponding EFC as reported by IR, didt match - the Protocol was Old Panasonic, with a device of 27 I think

Anyone broken this cat ...

So I've noticed - Im still tweaking it but I have it working for the most part - I just need to figure out the discrete Inputs and then figure out which key to slap it on.

I would suggest that those without discrete power codes should have a separate power up macro (assigned to the power key if possible), and leave the device setup macros on the device keys.
So what you are saying is that by pressing the DVD button, will fire the following:
Receiver to DVD input ...

Yes- but so what- the macro only does the simple "setup" for that viewing mode and leaves you with the correct device selected for any further commands.
Not if you have the macro firing non-discrete Power on/off commands

The purposes of my macros are complete power up / power down sequences ...

Why not put a macro on the TV, VCR, and DVD selection keys that turns on the device, switches the tv input, changes the channel etc... then they can just push VCR to get everything set up with one key press- ...... if the unit uses a toggle type power button you may need to push the VCR key twice ...

I loved the fact that the 1994 had 4 keys specifically included just to be recepticles for specific macros, and then "SHIFTing" them gave you as many as 8...I think it was a lousy decision to remove those 4 keys from the 2116 - I so desparately want them in there and it is the only reason Im keeping ...
