Can you go into the TV menu and unpair the remote? That's how to do what you're trying to do with a modern Sony.

Thank you for working that out. Yes, using the usual Samsung NECx2 protocol, that does indeed invoke the Disney+ app. This OBC/Hex was previously assigned the function "Standard Picture Mode" in the Samsung Master File.

App Launch Buttons on Samsung Smart Remotes (Disney+)

I've noticed on the latest Samsung Smart Remotes that come with their TVs (e.g. QN90B) that they've added a Disney+ App Launch button. Unless someone knows otherwise, I don't think there is a Hex Cmd/OBC in the Samsung TV Master File representing this app? (I haven't found one yet.)

Limited Number of Characters on Soft Buttons for Activities

I've noticed that the labels on the soft buttons on my Xsight Color seem to be limited to, I believe, 13 characters for activities. This is less than the character limit for devices. Is this a hardware/firmware limitation of the remote control itself, or something to do with RMIR (v2.07 build 2)?
