The remote I got is the RC1113125/01B. It'll be interesting to try the extra buttons from the RC2023608/01B remote to see if there are "hidden" features in my TV. ;)

Now if only Magnavox would release an updated firmware so people can have the volume indicator without having to put up with the ...

But first one must know the code(s) used for the decimal point button by various televisions with ATSC tuners, if you're going to reassign a button on a remote that doesn't already have that button.

If I can find my learning remote, I'll do a profile for the Magnavox remote I have, which is used ...

Well, give the other 2 a try. Based on nothing but a hunch, I would expect 1022 to be slightly more robust than 0822.
Just tried them and 1022 and 0717 don't work, so for the nonce it'll be 0822.

JP1 remotes with a . button for ATSC TV tuners?

The American ATSC digital broadcast channels use a decimal point. For example, channel 6 is the analog NTSC signal while 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 etc are the ATSC digital channels assigned to a station currently broadcasting on NTSC 6.

The factory remotes that come with ATSC televisions have a decimal point ...

I tried 0522 first and it barely works at all. It'll turn it off and on with master power and the Info button, and will STOP playback but the PLAY button doesn't work.

Here's the RCA DVD codes from the remote's manual 0522, 0571, 0822, 1022, 0717

I haven't tried the last two since 0822 was the ...

They look like the one labled Atlas DVR (day) 1055, with the rocker button labled DAY.

(That site is using the same full picture as the DVR-1054 for the 1055.)

They're CableONE OEM remotes.

Yes, of course they have the JP1 connectors. Think I woulda bought them if they didn't? ;P I'm hoping they ...

URC-1055 Two different(?) ones.

I picked up a couple of UEI remotes for 50 cents each. The lables in the battery compartments are;

Remote 1;

URC-1055BC0
C054801

Remote 2;

1055WC0-XXX-0001-001
C055105

They're for 5 devices, with a round section near the front that bulges out on the sides.

Other than the battery compartment ...

I looked at what's available on the files section, and the advanced codes for 0054.

What's the code for the decimal point button? None of the files I loaded into RM and KM assign anything to the 15-2104's +100 button and have no code for a . button. I want to use the +100 for the . button.

The ...

That gives me things to fiddle around with*. Thanks. :) Could be the same codes as the Magnavox ones in the files section for the smaller and larger LCD widescreens.

One main thing on my remotes will be mapping a "." button which is needed to directly enter digital broadcast channels. Without a ...

Toshiba SD-V394 DVD/VCR combo.

I've a Toshiba SD-V394 DVD/VCR combo unit.

My Hughes HRMC 8 (GAEB0) DirecTV remote and Sanyo FXWD TV remote can operate the DVD side but not the VCR side, and of course they have no way to switch between DVD and VCR mode, but will turn the unit on or off whether it's in DVD or VCR mode, using the ...

The Diamond card is made by Divion, which I can't find any info on. There's a rather bad video player program called Divion, but no relation to this MPEG2 card.
