I tried the EFC's listed here and here , but the only ...

Need EFC for Windows Media Center "Radio" button

I have a OFA 6131nw remote programmed using DVD device code 1272 to control my Windows Media Center PC. I found the Windows Media Center upgrade file in the file section and was able to program most of the keys using the EFC's. However, there's one button on my original remote that's missing from ...

URC-8820 does macros on the Device Keys

I tried to upgrade my URC-6012 to JP1 without success. I also tried to build a JP1 cable but never could get either to work. I wanted JP1 mainly so I could create macros on the device keys.

I soldered the 6-pin header to JP1. I soldered the EEPROM (24C16N) to U2. When I tried to initialize it ...

New URC-6012w not working

My C6 just died so I picked up a new 6012w at Walmart today. I noticed the device codes were the same as the ones used on my C6. I first programmed the TV, no problem. I then tried to program the VCR. It appears to have accepted the code but nothing works. I tried all the codes for my brand (Hitachi ...

Will JP1 allow me to overcome this limitation?

If I add the JP1 connector to my 15-2103, will I then be able to program the POWER button?
